well, sharp armed himself with a labor lawyer while retc got a retired nevada business bk state judge and now "super lawyer" in business bk matters and business litigation. who do you think is gonna prevail here? lol i think retc has the definitive edge here with the bk attorney, because she has been a judge on the business end in the state of nevada and knows the law inside and out. retc will prevail is my bet.
