Looks like all trading has diminished to near nil, as brokerage accounts no longer allow the purchase of GIFX. Won't be long and this will be tossed into the dustbin of scam OTC stocks.

Yep - absolutely no later than Sept 2021 and the SEC is going to clean sweep every last one of these non reporting shell scams into the dust bin of history.

The new SEC Rule 211 "current info" rules or "lose your market maker and/or piggyback rider sponsorship" provisions are re-written and enforcement is no mercy mode by late summer early fall.

SEC will start well ahead of Sept this yr and I think that is exactly why all the brokerage houses are just cutting loose of the CAVEAT trash-n-scams now and flipping to LIQUIDATE ONLY before they can get hit with trading account lawsuits for "failure to notify clients" blah blah.

A few more months max and I expect an entire new round of these SEC "omnibus" mass orders - where they suspend 20, 30 or even 50 or more of these trash n scam SEC DARK dead pools at a time, as they did a month or two back.

This one is dead - it's an off-shore con and my believe now 100% a shell theft by Kisa from Shetty who is the only one who "signed" anything or he was "in on it" to unload this mess and where Aul "falls" exactly I think the jury is still out.

I'm beginning to strongly lean towards "Aul was on the assist" IMO.

Aul has cut n run now from this disaster - he will never be reached again or ever speak of GIFX or GIFA INC again unless under subpoena or if we read about him in some SEC bust PR or similar is what me thinks :)

We've been told by Kisa-the-perp and his self created fake news website that GIFX-TOKEN aka GIFA-CON-a-COIN was $100....no wait....now $200....no wait now $300....no wait now fast closing on $500 ea....LOL ??????

Portions of that FAKE NEWS "article" (first site link) were recently cut-n-pasted as some sort of supposed "validity" claims that GIFX and GIFA-CON and especially GIFA TOKEN aka the COIN SCAM where supposedly "legit" and "backed by a global public traded conglomerate" blah blah blah.

GIFX aka GIFA INC IS ALL A SCAM FOLKS - and via NEW SEC LAWS IS GOING TO BE SUSPENDED VERY SHORTLY HERE NOW :)
