Once the company is at this stage it becomes more valuable.
It then becomes more desirable (if it's assets, products are real and viable) for a buy out or take over, which could benefit the shareholders dramatically.
For trading purposes it now becomes very important that the marketing and news activities are fast and furious, because that will affect the price of the shares when they start to trade.
WITH REGARD TO THE TRADING: No one can influence how shareholders trade, but they should be very careful not to off load (DUMP) in a good company because that will bring down the price and nobody looks for that.
