I think the common denominator of the Real Estate and the type of Real Estate, we do Multi family and insurance we do, and again we are not the carrier so we don't carry the risk, the common denominator in the income stream, we also know those businesses from our private world prior to becoming public having accumulated tens of thousands of units over the years, erhhrrr billions of dollars of transactions, and you know the market very well. we also in the real estate sector have something that over many other real (pubwik) companies we do our own management, in fact i think its worthwhile mentioning even during Covid19 our collections were really errrr not more than 2% off our typical collection ratio. our management team is very good very seasoned, they live and breath and sleep when I let them sleep multi family real estate.
