The company appears to be making decisions to better position for the future/long term. Not for tomorrow. Real companies do a split of this magnitude because there is a grand plan.

Do you think you shared information with the company which they didn't know? Don't you think there is a plan? It would appear being on the OTCMarkets isn't the long term plan.
