I always wonder who would put up all the Big Pictures of Boats this company does NOT own and Show a Warehouse they Do Not Own. Who would take the time for that unless it was someone who wants to make a stock/company look better than it really is. Is that deception?
Does anyone really know orlando? If this guy was so great in the boat sales business dont you think after 25 yrs he could sell more than $2mil revenue in boats? So I have to wonder if he is really selling, is he just sitting back waiting for people to leave a message or email him. When I called nobody answered.
The other funny thing is these distributorships he says may happen will not generate any revenue for at least 4-6 months yet it will cost money to start them up. Last financial says they have very little cash so how does he do that? Where does the money come from or will more shares be sold?
I also ask how smart is this guy? he is not an accountant, lawyer, banker, he has had this company public for over two years and done nothing with it. He doent know how to put together a big deal. Nothing wrong with that as he has built a nice life for himself in miami. If he did want to go big there would be many more people and companies involved and this would be bigger than him. there is no such project being worked on. He is comfortable doing his thing, setting a boat dealer in costa rica and letting shareholders pay for his wonderful life style.
Actually he seems like a smart guy for doing that.
