i don't know what makes you think their case is "futile". it's unbelievable that any of you think that. just because the company hasn't filed in a couple of years and was further sidelined by covid, doesn't make this a situation worthy of awarding custodianship of retc to sharp. that's insane. it was insane for him to think that as well. he probably assumed they couldn't afford representation. welp, obviously, they are working out a deal with their attorneys, because they got a really tough duo to deal with this. ridiculous to go after them. sharp should save himself money and withdraw. it's just stupid at this point. if he is trying to save face, it will probably cost him and current shareholders a mint in profits. i didn't understand his position from the beginning. and all the "sharp" groupies who just follow him blindly didn't even do their dd.
