I really don't see delisting happening.

I'm just guessing, but I lean towards he is still hoping to work out whatever the holdup is on audited fins or perhaps even some other deal that is in the works to release it all together, but if that can't be worked out then he will just drop the unaudited numbers and go from there.

Bottom line, he's doing a good job of trying our patience and willingness to even put up with him....
