I guess the fact that another company has him under an employee contract. That the company might use his talents and GMED might not benefit from it financialy.
I don't own GMED and have little interest in it other than I do believe that Dr. Moskowitz has a lot to contribute to the fight against viral diseases. I'm sure many GMED share holders are counting on it.
