dude, if you guys think that a judge is going to set a precedent where an active management team can simply be overthrown by an outside individual because he thinks he can do more with the company than they can, i think you guys will be unpleasantly surprised. i don't think the company is going to just not show up in court. i think they will make their own case and will win. a judge realizes that his decision will make it either easier or harder for the same situation to happen again. and no reasonable judge is going to make it easy for a company to be taken over by a random individual. that would make many other like companies in like situations, vulnerable to the same. won't happen. we are just coming out of the throws of a long pandemic. i don't think sharp will win this. if the company comes with guns ablaze, he will lose. and to assume that they have no plans of their own when they go to court, is shortsighted and naive.
