So indefinite suspension is inappropriate because it's not written FB policy. And it involves indefinite (another way to say permanent) of access for a given user.

However:

permanently disabling the page and account



is a FB policy.

And the difference between the two, seems to be disabling the account permanently allows the user to apply for a new account. And somewhere in FB policy is probably a clause that prohibits a user whose account was disabled to open up a new one within hrs. As in we loop back to policy being about the suspension of the user.

Actually it has been sort of normal, and relaxing not to wake up to tRUMP FB, and Tweet idiocy every morning, with the MSM bouncing off the walls. Guess another 6 months of relief from tRUMP idiocy is worthwhile, and/or the best that can be hoped for.
