I believe they can IPO prior but the company has made the business decision not to until that time, which I personally agree with. And Ken has stated as such.

MJLink is a social media platform for the MJ and Hemp industry, Senate approval is NOT required, and even if the Senate does approve SAFE, it still needs to be signed in to law...WDLF can still contine with the IPO irregardless to whether MJ is federally legal or not...
