That's the main reason for also doing a ticker name change. They think they can hide the STENCH of a 1 for 5000 reverse split behind some curtain IF they can only change the name.

Sometimes CEOs make decisions that can't be undone and will forever haunt the company... this R/S was probably one of those decisions.
