Bruce Patterson revealed that he solved Covid with his discovery of RANTES while on a conference call on May 1st. That conference call happened during market hours. The stock price skyrocketed during the cc.

So on the morning of April 29th, Fauci declared that remdesivir would be the SOC.

At 2:03pm on April 29th, CytoDyn released a pr stating there would be a conference call on May 1st at 12:30pm EST.

On April 30th, Nader, Scott Kelly, and Bruce Patterson informed the SEC that they would be selling shares.

On May 1st, Nader sold 1.4 million shares and Scott Kelly sold 1.2 million shares. So they had a conference call where Bruce Patterson said he solved Covid and they sold their stock into the rise that created.

The SEC doesn't move quickly but justice will come.
