EWLL raised the bullpen to 20 BILLION and they dumped 16 billion so far. NASTY and the RS has to happen to get the remaining share holders last blood.

EWLL stated in 8K in mid-August that they had nothing to do with the 10+ billion P&D. Was nasty and many disappeared here after that dump. SEC should have all they need and these things take time.
