Between covid and the tax problems they had i am not to surprised of the old delays. I wasn't around since 2018 but when i stopped trading i thought it was going to take years to develop that property nothing is fast in construction except in china. I was surprised that they hadn't started by 2021 but again that taxes thing must have hurt them more than they let on. I looked back in the records and it was interesting there was permits and fee's paid at the beginning of 2020 on developing the property. Right now it is them trying to get the best deal for the property and being constrained by the slow workings of the Nashville Government i believe.
