Beats me but on the TD platform or through Think or Swim they will not allow a transaction to go through. The rejection just means they have some problem with the Company but it's not a CE Company on OTC.

Might be the lack of share structure numbers on OTC Markets. Eh...off to a different ticker. GLTA!
