The 1:1000000 occurrence of blood clots for J&J has typically formed up over a few days. This young woman suffered what seems like a delayed anaphylactic reaction. Or "within hrs". A reaction that lowered the platelets, with clumping? Then stir in this woman had Epilepsy, and is overweight. Both co-morbidities for blood clots.

There would be nothing wrong with counseling those with risk factors for blood clots (e.g. How's your triglyceride levels Freddy?) to take one of the mRNA vaccines instead. Or we could play the Freddy game, and forget about vaccines, and become infected with Covid. Where the risk of blood clots is 10-20X normal.
