Well seems like they are looking at or leaving the window open to buying up to 49.9% of GNCP outstanding Common Stock...

They already own 15 Billion Shares and our float is 17 Billion, but only 15 Billion is held at the DTC... so how many phantom shares are being traded now? Shorty is Screwed
