Technically not a bankruptcy but more of an admin managing in which currently the conservator can do seemingly whatever he wants with no repercussions. At least in a bankruptcy all voices can be heard and rights of stakeholders are somewhat respected but not always.

FnF are already in bankruptcy. They are trying to get out of it, and the only ways are either receivership (highly unlikely, in my opinion) or recapitalization (which is a form of restructuring, in which placement in the capital stack is of extreme importance).



I meant bankruptcy as in chapter 7, with a complete wiping out of common shares. So I guess that would be receivership. Sorry I didn't clarify.
