I believe the manipulation will continue until their (MMs, Hedgies, naked shorts) agendas are met, which none of us know exactly what they are. Some of them are: To steal shares from the scared retail and even some longs, to fail the company, to revive their losses in GME and others as we know it or to make huge profits with the shorting or some other reason or reasons. So until these are fulfilled, PVSP gets manipulated and we stay in this range or dirt lower into lower sub-pennies or Trips.
