I'm genuinely interested in knowing why he'd do it. Or why anyone would do it. I'm trying to understand the motivation for even considering it. I'm leaving it open that I'm personally missing some major reason.
My opinion is that if in fact he RM's the graphite assets into the shell, for whatever reason, we'll be in mighty good shape. If he excludes and instead puts something goofy like "Ameca Learn" or "Schatzi Burger" in there, the SP will go straight down the sewer from whence in came pre-Synergy.
