And I like #8 part. "We are aware of the shareholder concerns over a reverse split and I stick to my word that this is not on our agenda at this time. We have a clear plan that we believe will help us reach the qualifying price to up list to Nasdaq and this plan does not involve a reverse split. We will disclose more on this over the coming months."
