I agree and I remember reading somewhere

that funding will be completed by tommorrow

may 4!?!?... not sure if I read it right...& we are

definitely undervalued when compared to our

competition.... uavs...looking forward to the

merger announcement .... hopefully this week

but definitely before may 15 per filings

Yep, in the prospectus....

It says:

“The underwriters expect to deliver the shares to
purchasers on or about May 4, 2021.”

anyway.... nice to see a big bid in at the hopeful

bottom.... about $20k wants in at 3.80
