Yeah, there are 650 Expert Market common stocks.....644 of them are Caveat Emptor, virtually everything over the past several months that has been moved from the Grey Market to the Expert Market, has been given a CE designation....so I really see no reason to expect anything different, if all the Pink No Infos go Expert Market.
Grey Market with no CE would be the best option, but there are not many of these any more, most have been moved to Expert Market or had their symbols removed, there are only 163 left.
So chances are everything is going to Expert, and will have a CE, and will no longer be able to be purchased by retail investors, using mainstream brokers.
