I just sent an email to the SEC asking the current EV CM status of CCTL. I will post results when I receive them.... I was able to buy CCTL on my TD Ameritrade acct last week.

You could always buy CCTL with the CE on TD. Only E*TRADE was blocking trades with CE. But after the 25th TD will also stop trades with CE attached.
