Go to the wayback machine from 3 months ago and you will SEE that there HAVE BEEN some updates. In my opinion not enough though :-)

Who it is...you don't have to down the whole site to update pages. I make a parallel page (different link) update the new page and then change the links when you are ready. I think this was a host issue.
