There has to be a buyer for a sale. I hadn't considered the recent changes with several brokerages not allowing people to do a buy on a caveat emptor or grey sheet stock. I've seen here that eTrade is that way, pretty sure TD Ameritrade is that way, Fidelity has been that way for awhile. Are there brokerages with what I'll call a significant customer base that allow buying?
