Big Brother in that post says that ALL stocks that get dropped due to not being current will get the CE designation so we can't buy them. But where does it say that all stocks dropped down will get the CE? I don't know that that is a fact. And he says we can't buy on Expert Market, only greys. But I already buy on Expert Market. And I still contend that because it's TD Ameritrade's rule that you can't buy CE stocks...and not the SEC's rule...that someone will come along and let you buy CE stocks. It will only take one brokerage CEO to think the obvious thought: "we let people buy options which are risky as hell, so why are we stopping them from buying stocks with a CE??". And then it all changes. But even without that, if delisted stocks don't get the CE designation, I plan on buying them on the Expert Market and it will be business as usual.
I'm an army of one in my belief, so either I'm totally effing nuts or everyone will be pleasantly surprised lol
