Open a TDA. Can buy pinkies & warrants.

It's one of the best.

Have Schwab, TDA (TD Ameritrade), Fidelity and Interactive Brokers.

Each has their own benefits and limitations.

IB doesn't allow until have 100 trades or something.

Never tried in Fidelity (it's my 401k employer money).

Can buy on Schwab too, but limit is < 100,000 shares if want more (like a .0003 PPS POS pinky).

Have to buy in smaller blocks, but no commission now.

They charge a small handling fee if international or an ADR though.

And TDA charges a full commission since pinky, but get real-time L2 quotes with both standard GUI and "ThinkOrSwim".
