Great catch highlander. The LLC is registered in Wyoming and is operational in North Carolina. Our DRGV is registered in Nevada.

Here's what is interesting. FXTrade ZH is also named as a defendant of the case brought by Xuejun Zhang. On Nevada Silverflume they are registered as a partner of Dragon Capital group LLC. There, Dragon Capital Group LLC has the mailing address of 10612 PROVIDENCE RD, STE D-223, CHARLOTTE, NC 28277 (this is a post office box). On the Wyoming SOS page, Dragon Capital Group LLC is listed with the North Carolina Address. Weirdly, I found yet another company with the same address. I suspect these companies could be a front for something.

And to be clear, Xuejun Zhang is clearly NOT the same man as Haining Zhang (our Zhang).
