All anyone can do is evaluate for themselves what information is released in a PR. They will likely reference an appeal. The real question is will the PR reference if this impacts the pending settlement with Linden or the case against MSFT in TX.
If the settlement happens with Linden and/or MSFT case goes forward then there is still value here.
