I'd go with a little stage fright on her end, Dent however was his usual non hyperbole/confident demeanor. Their PR's/videos leave much to be desired,which is fine by me as long as they deliver. All too often OTC CEO's are consummate bullshit artists that deliver nothing to shareholders in the end except lip service.
She appears to be very qualified and with a great background. Maybe you would rather they hired a great public speaker with no background in telehealth> Give her a break
I doubt this CEO would pick an unqualified etc person. But no doubt some just need practice in front of a camera maybe a little coaching. My bet is she will get better.
