Shotsky, from your point of view, it looks like that. Put yourself in SBC's shoes. They want to do deals and make huge money, not pennies. Giving their deal partners shares under .02, that they were given assurances will run up to a dollar or more when their deals are done and revenues are realized, would make almost anyone sign on the line. Speculation on my part, but it makes sense.
