Yes...the same guy saying it was going to $.05 is now saying it's a scam yet nothing really changed except that A/S was announced to be 20BN in the new company..which isn't good news..but it's also not unexpected when a R/M is done..typically the company incoming wants the shell to raise captial and needs room to do so. Yes this means potential dilution but don't forget the other side of the equation which is the increase market value to the shell from the incoming business which in this case could be substantial.
