The person you talking is following his own aims. He is doing it very often through the back door.
But missing the entry point at $ 2,40 is very hard.

There is no way PLUG would relocate it's HQ.

Upstate NY has been a depressed area for some years, and there is strong interest an momentum to reinvigorate the area economically.

PLUG is now one of the largest employers in the region, and these are good, well-paying jobs.

And PLUG's astoundingly rapid expansion has caught the eye of many in a position to augment their rise, and transform the region.

Witness the recent sweetheart deal that PLUG made to establish the STAMP H@ production facility in Western NY State.

You can see this by the policies of the Governor and now US Senator Schumer, who is in a position at the Majority Leader of the US Senate to diet significant Federal resources back to his home State.

Agree with you Good Timer. While I would like to see plants and business in right to work states I do not see this as a big deal.
