Been saying this all along. Basically the hundreds of millions of shares being bought up have not been the general public rushing to own some of this. Why would they? That imho only equals. Massive accumulation. I expect some news of new struucture and business. When? Definitely a move on to own outright controlling stake. So far is totally quiet and organic. Obviously news breaks it is wound very tight. There have been many bagholders for 10 plus years who may very well have forgotten their position and let their shares go or had gtc orders and they finally got them. Massive volume in the last 4 months has been bought up. Also to become a reporting comoany again, the shares must have been bought in the open market. So each and every day I see more of the 10 million and 20 million orders go across the screen. Who in the general public is doing that? Nobody is the answer. This is being bought in traceable open market buys so that a full transparent application can be made is where i believe it is going. When Though? I really have no idea. When 51 percent of 11.1 billion is secured...now back track and see how many we have left to go...
