These are good points! Just to add a twist to it especially since you mention $sfor. The current offering is not intended to hurt share price. In other words the ceo knows that he could move the share price higher than 0.0125 with the 2 LOI or other added value added and the price of 0.0125 is a discount.
To give you perspective $SFOR had 15 million debt with some of it in convertible bad debt i belive 1. Somthing million before the stock moved big they had an approved offering at 0.0040 then the stock jumped to 0.010+.. they reapplied to change the offering to 0.04 and thus sold less shares less dilution...
IMO The bigger picture is the company is trying to clear up debt cause they know they can attract big players and so the 5m is just to clean debt after that the big investors will come in.
This is all my perspective based on sfor And this is speculation.
One last point $GGII rais their AS to 75B FROM 5B so I think lclp is having us in mind!
