Yes I have said that all along, BioAmber setup Pilot plant for proof of Concept , then built Sarnia to ramp up production and people are supposed to believe that they went bankrupt and liquidated for 4.3 million dollars after they set up distribution and toll manufacturing to handle product demand . I would think Bioaq would be flourishing not floundering. They successfully accomplished what they set out to do. Somebody is grossly not understanding what has transpired. 4.3 million is obviously not liquidation value . It’s quite obvious that is the scripted fillibuster they keep attempting to convince themselves is true. It hasn’t convinced me or many other smart shareholders .
