You are incorrect. Three vaccines are available in the U.S.: Pfizer and Moderna's mRNA vaccines, and J&J's (Janssen's) more conventional vaccine. Astra-Zeneca's vaccine is available in Canada, the U.K, and other European nations. Russia offers its own product, Sputnik. Others are in development, here and elsewhere.

The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines have greater than 90 percent efficacy.
