1.The news on Monday.
2.Two weeks required to set up mini-bulk.
3.The schedule doe not have but one week float till the show.
4. If it takes longer to set up mini-bulk he will miss the show and it imperitive he attend the show becqause it is government sponsered and he is in tight with politicians in Canada.

This is, of course, IMO
