I have little doubt that they are close on some things.
The RWGI merger could be figured out any day now. I think that was what they were planning to update us on by the end of the month....per their PR early last week.
New JVs pertaining to the new building space now that they have control. There have been several tweets over the past few months of the guys meeting with different growers.
Crypto. Potentially huge news depending on what it is and when it comes to fruition.
Fact is....still sitting under that .025 offering number. They really can't afford to let the PPS drop any more than it has....so they'll need to get their shit in line and provide an update with some steam behind it.
