if i am right, the sec should investigate imo. bigtime. because what happened here basically amounts to huge stock manipulation. and the question is how many shares did the insiders have and how many did they sell on that information? and the same for sharp. i would love to know how many shares did he own prior to his tweet and filing and how many did he sell during this process.
