The App is "difficult and BUGGY?" Seriously that is funny and maybe for those who are not good with tech. There are many that way who find the easiest of tech challenging.
The Platform/APP is continuously evolving as it goes through upgrades. At some point even those who are the most technically challenged will be able to finally figure it out....
The "nearly no interest" part though is true of course in the realms of fantasy.
