ABML and the consulting company agreed upon a set number of shares prior to the spike in pps and ABML honored the agreement. So for accounting purposes, the shares had to be converted to dollars based on pps at the end of the qtr.

This pilot Plant they're going to build will be using an INNOVATIVE process to CLEANLY RECYCLE Precious Metal Lithium-ion from EV Batteries. They want/need to get it built right which requires a lot of pre-planning and design work, which does cost a lot of $$ to get it done right.
