Big Apple doesn't have anything to do with this company. Someone bought the old shell and that's how SLDX came public. Stella Diagnostics is going to be a big winner. That guy Peter Cohen was CEO and Chairmana of Shearson Lehman American Express back in the 1990's. The rest of the board are hedge fund managers. I think it's a winner.
