This should not have been suspended. They had chap 7 approval from judge just signed and merger buyout in place. Now the SEC enforces has to resign after 6 days I think it is obvious to all the suspension was to help the shorts out players on wallstreet.

Now he is gone I think we can proceed with the merger. The filings don't lie this moved because of the material development 8ks.
