This organization is currently trying to expand across the globe, launch hundreds of new products, and hire/train thousands of reps at the same time (and is being pretty transparent about it as well through their Zoom meetings, which very few other OTC companies bother to do).
They have many other priorities besides hand-holding OTC holders with weekly updates about how filings are going.
