This is a complete lie. BioAmber is not doing any business whatsoever. BioAmber was not "bought out". The assets however were liquidated to LCYB for $4.34 mil paid in full at closing. LCYB bought all of the assets except for the cash, AR, inventory and did not want any of the contracts assigned.
LCYB has Sarnia up and running.
You will not be getting shares in Origin unless you purchase them. You will not be getting anything for those old BioAmber shares now or ever.
