IMO the Real estate was utter complete 'previously planned' nonsense.

The RE side of the business did not work out the way they hoped for it to work out. But, to their credit they moved on to plan B, something that they do have business being in It is not your/our call to decide what exchange they should be in.

Kangaroo courts may exist but not in Florida. Securities lawsuits if they get to a docket are serious business.

Your claimed legal suit against the Company is probably going to take place in a kangaroo court.

For someone who told me that she blocked me, you sure do read a lot of my posts. Must of been another mistruth from the almighty one.

I never claimed that I was the one who was pursuing a legal suit against the company. Please do not accuse me of such things.

Also, next time you quote one of my posts, make sure you include the whole post. You left out the best part. Haha.

It’s a fact. When a company sends out PR’s stating that they will transfer hundreds of millions of RE, create a REIT, acquire a national insurance agency, just to name a few, and does not follow through on any of them. Instead they rush to an exchange they have no business being on, rob investors of almost 90% of their investment and never follow through on any of their empty promises. What would you call it? Drink the koolaid, enjoy the pom pom glitter because there is nothing her but a stinky next Tuesday.
